Hello! I'm Indrek Seppo. I build AI, teach it, and help companies make sense of it.
I've been applying neural networks and machine learning for almost ten years — long before AI became everyday news. A background in economics and 25 years of data analysis mean I don't look at technology for its own sake; I always ask where it genuinely benefits the business.
I've founded the drone-defence startup Marduk Technologies, helped build business intelligence for e-Residency, and even, briefly, led the public sector's AI programme. I've worked across academia, the private and the public sector — and seen up close what works with AI and what doesn't.
For over ten years I've taught data analysis at the University of Tartu and TalTech, and delivered hundreds of trainings in the field of AI. I can make the complex clear — and I'm honest when AI isn't the right answer.
